A practice built around expense policy, not every kind of audit

Why this work exists

Expense policies sit in handbooks for years while travel patterns, supplier entertainment, and remote work allowances change. Controllers inherit conflicting addenda from mergers. Approvers inherit habits from a previous manager. Claims keep moving.

We formed the practice to give finance leaders an independent reading of that gap—sampling claims, citing clauses, and writing findings that leadership can act on before a parent-company review or year-end scramble.

How we approach engagements

We stay inside reimbursement practice. That means receipts, itineraries, approval trails, meal caps, lodging bands, and entertainment limits. We do not expand into statutory financial statement audits, tax filings, or software configuration.

Working sessions happen in Taipei-area offices when documents need context from the people who approve claims. Document-heavy phases can run remotely once the policy version and claim export are locked.

Roots in Taiwan

Our office is at No.27,Lane169,KangningSt.TaipeiHsienHsichih. Much of the work stays with subsidiaries and mid-size firms whose parent groups sit abroad, and who need findings letters that travel well across languages without drowning the reader in jargon.
