Pages describing audits, reviews, spot-checks, and walkthroughs are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline exist only in a written engagement confirmation exchanged by email or signed letter.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and graphics belong to AutoAI Solutions unless otherwise credited. Findings letters, exception schedules, and marked-up policies prepared for a client belong to that client upon full payment, while our underlying methods and templates remain ours.

No professional substitute beyond scope

Our work addresses expense policy compliance and related reimbursement practice. It is not a statutory financial statement audit, tax advice, or legal counsel on employment disputes unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, AutoAI Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We aim to keep fee ranges and service descriptions current. Starting fees may change; always rely on the written estimate for your matter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements originating from our Xizhi office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
